Teaching Approach

My teaching emphasizes financial intuition, rigorous problem solving, and application. I want students to understand why a financial result makes sense, how assumptions affect it, and how to use finance concepts to analyze real companies and markets. In my AI-based IPO valuation project, students use a large language model to produce an initial analysis and then evaluate and refine its assumptions and conclusions using the theory and financial intuition developed in class.
